    Cream de Menthe Pie


    2 dozen chocolate filled cookies, crushed
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1/4 cup creme de menthe
    7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
    2 cups heavy cream, whipped


    Mix crumbs and butter and press into 9-inch pie
    plate.  Save some to sprinkle on top.  
    Mix creme de menthe and marshmallow cream
    until smooth.  Fold in whipped cream.  Turn into
    prepared crust.  Sprinkle remaining crumbs over
    pie and freeze at least 4 hours.
