    Grasshopper Pie

    Ingredients

    2/3 cup milk
    25 large marshmallows
    2 Tbsp. creme de menthe
    2 Tbsp. creme de cocoa
    1 cup cream
    1 ready made chocolate pie crust
    1 chocolate bar

    Directions

    In top of double boiler, combine milk and
    marshmallows.  Heat until melted and mixture is
    smooth and creamy.  Set aside to cool.  Stir in
    liqueurs, mixing well.  Whip the cream and fold in
    gently (do not overmix).  Spread into pie crust,
    smoothing top.  Cover and place in freezer 3 to 4
    hours.  Just before serving, garnish top with grated
    or shaved chocolate bar.
