    Raisin Cream Pie

    Ingredients

    3 eggs, beaten
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 cup seedless raisins
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    8-inch pastry shell

    Directions

    Combine eggs, sugar, spices, salt, lemon juice
    and butter.  Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until center is set.
    Cool.
