    Rum Cream Pie


    6 egg yolks
    1 cup sugar
    1 Tbsp. gelatin
    1/2 cup water
    1 pint heavy cream, stiffly whipped
    1/4 -1/2 cup rum
    10" graham cracker pie crust


    Beat egg yolks with sugar until light.  Dissolve
    gelatin in water and bring to a boil.  Pour into egg
    mixture beating briskly.  Cool.  Fold whipped
    cream into egg mixture and add rum.  Pour into
    crust and place in refrigerator to set.  
    Grate bittersweet chocolate over top before
